Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Executive to join our team, who will provide essential support to our online and offline classes, ensuring seamless delivery of educational content and troubleshooting any technical challenges that arise. You will ensure smooth execution of sessions, provide real-time support during classes, and collaborate with the team to maintain and optimize our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage links for online demos and Classes and Interviews.
- Ensure the availability of required technical resources for successful Technical work.
- Provide technical assistance during the demo, classes and interview to ensure a seamless experience for participants.
- Set up and manage online class links and ensure the proper technical setup (e.g., video conferencing platforms like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
- Provide ongoing technical support during classes to resolve any connectivity or system-related issues.
- Work with the technical team to coordinate system installations and configurations for new software/hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues related to local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Identify and resolve complex technical problems related to systems, networks, websites, and software.

Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Diploma in ITI
Certification in networking or technical support
