HR Manager Location: Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh Job Type: Full-time Work Arrangement: On-site Salary: ₹30,000 per month About the Role We are looking for an organised, people-focused HR Manager to take ownership of human resources and employee operations for a growing creative organisation working across fashion, styling, talent management, media, advertising and production. This is a hands-on role for someone who can build practical HR systems, recruit the right people, maintain professional workplace standards and work directly with management. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring Source, screen and shortlist candidates Coordinate interviews and selection processes Manage employee onboarding and joining documentation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage attendance, leave and HR administration Coordinate payroll information with management/accounts Manage probation, performance reviews and employee development Handle employee concerns and workplace issues professionally Implement company HR policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information Support workforce planning and future hiring requirements Coordinate recruitment for creative and corporate positions Assist management in building a professional workplace culture Coordinate with management and Legal Counsel on employment documentation and HR matters What We're Looking For 3+ years of HR experience preferred Strong recruitment and employee-management experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and documentation abilities Good understanding of HR processes and workplace practices Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion Comfortable working directly with senior management Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace Preferred Background Experience in any of the following would be an advantage: Creative agencies Fashion Media Advertising Entertainment Talent management Production Startups What You'll Be Expected to Build This isn't simply an attendance-and-paperwork HR position. You'll be responsible for helping establish a structured, professional HR system from the ground up — recruitment, onboarding, employee records, policies, performance processes and workplace standards. Compensation ₹30,000 per month Full-time, on-site position in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh.
