Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons in line with the school curriculum.
- Develop students' numerical, analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning materials.
- Monitor, assess, and report student progress regularly.
- Differentiate instruction to support varied learning abilities and needs.
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and parents to support student development.
- Participate actively in school events, meetings, training programs, and co-curricular activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Strong subject knowledge of middle school Mathematics concepts.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and digital learning platforms.
Experience:
- 2 -5 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, preferably for Grades 6-8 in a school environment.
