Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for senior management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for meetings and follow-ups
- Handle email communication, correspondence, and meeting arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
- Maintain records, documents, and important data in an organized manner
- Assist in planning and executing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees/clients
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
