Should have skill to operate in HPDC (High Pressure Die Casting) Machine
- Machine Operation: Run and monitor pressure die casting machinery according to daily production goals and standard operating procedures.
- Parameter Control: Check and adjust machine settings, cycle times, and metal temperatures for quality output.
- Casting & Inspection: Handle molten metal safely, remove finished parts, and inspect items for surface defects or flaws.
- Trimming: Remove extra metal flash, runners, and overflows from newly cast parts.
- Maintenance & Safety: Clean equipment, support basic preventive maintenance, report malfunctions, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Record Keeping: Log daily production counts, shift reports, and scrap or rejection data.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
