We are looking for a dynamic Software Field Sales Executive to join our high-growth team and drive new business across our digital transformation portfolio in our Hyderabad Office.
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new business opportunities across Prolifics’ service lines—including AI & Data, Cloud, Integration, Business Automation, Quality Engineering, and Business Applications (Salesforce, SAP, etc.). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to help clients adopt modern technologies and achieve measurable ROI.
This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong understanding of technology consulting, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Client Acquisition

Identify, prospect, and convert new leads across target industries (Banking & Finance, Healthcare, Retail & Distribution, Energy & Utilities, Manufacturing).

Drive pipeline growth through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.

Develop and present compelling value propositions tailored to client needs.
Sales Strategy & Execution

Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle — qualification to negotiation to closure.

Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to build tailored proposals.

Build trusted advisor relationships with CXOs, IT leaders, and business stakeholders.

Maintain long-term client engagement to support cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Work with partner ecosystems (IBM, Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, Databricks, Google Cloud, MuleSoft) to drive joint GTM opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technology shifts.

Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline visibility.

Support marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and industry campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, SaaS, or technology sales.

Proven track record in closing enterprise deals across digital transformation domains.

Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud platforms, data engineering, integration, automation, or enterprise applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

Experience working with global delivery models is a plus.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Preferred Experience:

Experience selling to BFSI, Healthcare, Retail & Distribution, or Energy & Utilities.

Exposure to consultative selling frameworks and solution-based sales.
