- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
- Record and reconcile all financial transactions related to sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all banking transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and monthly financial summaries for management review.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and customer collections.
- Manage statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain payroll records and support salary processing activities.
- Monitor expenses and budgets to ensure cost control and financial discipline.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance.
- Support administrative and operational activities related to finance and office management.
- Oversee and manage office administration activities, including facility maintenance, vendor coordination, office supplies procurement, asset management, housekeeping, and general office operations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, logistics, courier services, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office infrastructure and support operational teams with administrative requirements.
- Maintain records related to office assets, vendor contracts, utility bills, and administrative expenses.
- Assist management in implementing and monitoring administrative policies and processes.
