We are seeking a highly professional, proactive, and resourceful Personal Manager to provide comprehensive support to the CEO. The role involves managing the CEO's professional and personal commitments, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, overseeing schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with utmost professionalism.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, conferences, and business engagements.
- Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and preparation for meetings.
Communication & Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and manage emails, correspondence, and official communications.
- Coordinate with department heads to track tasks, deadlines, and project updates.
- Facilitate smooth communication across various business functions.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Coordinate business events, conferences, client meetings, and executive visits.
- Manage logistics and ensure seamless execution of planned activities.
Personal & Administrative Support
- Handle personal commitments, appointments, and errands as assigned by the CEO.
- Manage confidential documents, records, and sensitive information.
- Maintain organized filing systems and important business records.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Task & Project Management
- Monitor ongoing projects and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow up with teams on action points and commitments made during meetings.
- Generate periodic status reports and updates for the CEO.
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Personal Manager, or similar executive support role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business communication tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
