We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting the right courses and assist them throughout the admission process. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counseling skills with a passion for helping students achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound admission inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Conduct campus tours and explain academy facilities and programs.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams to support admission activities.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional events when required.
- Prepare daily reports on leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Academic counselling: 3 years (Required)
