Warranty Claims Processing Coordinator (Night Shfit)
Summary:
A Warranty Claims Processor reviews, validates, and processes warranty claims for products and services. This role confirms claim eligibility, maintains accurate documentation, calculates reimbursements, and communicates with service partners, technicians, and internal support teams to resolve issues and monitor claim status.
Time: 5:30PM - 2:30AM
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review, process, and submit warranty claims accurately and in accordance with product guidelines and policies.
- Monitor claim progress and follow up to resolve delays or outstanding issues.
- Maintain complete records of warranty work, including parts, labor, claim status, and supporting documentation for audits.
- Verify customer warranty coverage and clearly explain applicable terms and conditions.
- Partner with internal departments and external service partners to coordinate warranty repairs and support a timely, smooth customer experience.
- Track and order warranty parts as needed to help prevent service delays.
- Stay informed on tech bulletins, warranty policies, and procedures to ensure accurate claim filing.
- Support service, parts, and new equipment sales teams with warranty-related questions or issues.
- Communicate via email with customers, technicians, and FPAs to support a seamless warranty process.
- Process claims payment for verified work orders dispatched
- Perform other warranty- and claims-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some industries or technical roles may require an associate's degree or specialized certification.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, claims, or industry-specific warranty administration.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers and internal partners.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and commitment to accurate documentation.
- Ability to review account information, identify trends, and recommend practical service or process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power BI.
- Experience managing CRM systems required; Salesforce experience preferred.
Language Skills
· Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
