Key Responsibilities

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12–17 years of overall IT experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.strong hands-on experience with,MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
- Stored procedures, query optimization, and database administration
- ERP implementation and support
- Application development/support using Java, .NET, ASP.NET, C#, or equivalent
- RPA tools such as UiPath
- ITIL Certification or knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks.
1. IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Own and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure including servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, and security systems across all group locations.
- Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of IT systems through proactive monitoring and incident management.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, standards, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely issue resolution through SLA-driven support processes.
- Implement and monitor ITSM tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
- Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.
2. Enterprise Applications & ERP Management
- Lead ERP evaluation, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support for textile manufacturing operations including spinning, weaving, processing, inventory, and production planning.
- Manage application lifecycle, upgrades, performance optimization, and user adoption of enterprise applications.
- Oversee data migration, master data governance, and integration of ERP with third-party systems.
- Work closely with Finance, Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Production, and HR teams to streamline and digitize business processes.
- Ensure ERP data integrity, system performance, and business continuity.
3. Automation & Digital Transformation
- Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive business processes using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar platforms.
- Develop SQL-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Design and deploy business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools to support management decision-making.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing and corporate functions.
- Drive integration between shop-floor systems, machine data collection platforms, MES systems, and ERP solutions.
4. Application Development & Database Management
- Manage business-critical databases including MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
- Optimize database performance, query execution, and data security.
- Support application development and enhancements using technologies such as Java, .NET, ASP.NET, C#, or equivalent platforms.
- Ensure application stability, scalability, and integration across multiple business functions.
5. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8–10 IT professionals.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, performance expectations, and accountability measures.
- Collaborate with department heads to prioritize projects and align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Manage external vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
- Drive effective communication between IT and business stakeholders.
6. Budgeting, Procurement & Governance
- Prepare and manage annual IT budgets including CAPEX and OPEX planning.
- Evaluate technology investments and recommend cost-effective solutions.
- Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, IT governance frameworks, security standards, and audit requirements.
- Establish and track IT KPIs, service metrics, and project performance indicators.
Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of overall IT experience with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- MS SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
- Stored procedures, query optimization, and database administration
- ERP implementation and support
- Application development/support using Java, .NET, ASP.NET, C#, or equivalent
Preferred
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, or similar automation platforms.
- Exposure to BI and analytics tools including Power BI and Tableau.
- Understanding of OCR solutions, workflow automation, and AI-enabled business applications.
- ITIL Certification or knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks.
Experience in Textile, Garment, Manufacturing, or Process Industries.
Pay: ₹49,748.31 - ₹72,015.30 per month
