We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting supermarkets and retail outlets, generating orders, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales targets of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit supermarkets, retail shops, and other outlets on a regular basis
- Take and process product orders from existing customers
- Identify and develop new leads and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ensure proper product visibility and placement in stores
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals
- Report daily sales activities and market feedback to the management
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Degree preferred
- Prior experience in FMCG sales or field sales is an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel locally on a daily basis
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
