We are looking for an engineer who can understand, improve, and build industrial systems.
This role involves working across electrical systems, automation, instrumentation, machine controls, CNC equipment, servo systems, process monitoring, and machine development.
The role is not limited to maintenance. We are looking for someone who can analyze existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, design new solutions, and oversee implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve machine control systems
- Develop and implement automation solutions
- Work with CNC machines, servo drives, motors, sensors, and industrial controllers
- Design and commission control panels
- Integrate sensors into machines and production processes
- Develop systems for monitoring machine and process parameters
- Create dashboards and reporting systems for production and machine health
- Diagnose electrical, automation, and control-system issues
- Lead and supervise electricians and mechanics during implementation
- Improve machine reliability, efficiency, and process control
- Participate in the design and development of new machines and production systems
Technical Skills
Candidates should be comfortable with most of the following:
- PLC programming and troubleshooting
- Servo drives and motion control systems
- CNC machine controls
- Industrial sensors and instrumentation
- Analog and digital signal systems

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate should be able to:
- Understand how sensors generate signals and how those signals are processed
- Design systems that convert machine data into actionable information
- Trace faults from symptoms to root causes
- Understand the interaction between software, electronics, electrical systems, and mechanical systems
- Develop practical solutions rather than simply replace components
- Learn unfamiliar technologies independently
