Graphic Designer
At Jocata, we take design seriously—because great design isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about building seamless, compelling experiences across every touchpoint, digital or physical. We’re looking for a super-creative graphic designer who understands not just how things look, but how they feel—how design can tell a story, evoke emotion, and drive action. If you live and breathe design, love storytelling through visuals, and have an eye for bold, impactful brand campaigns, this is your moment. You’ll shape the visual identity of a fintech brand that serves both financial institutions and Indian startups—designing for both B2B and B2C audiences. From social media and events to web, blog, and product marketing, your work will be seen, shared, and remembered.
What You’ll Do:
Define Jocata’s visual language. Your work will shape our brand identity across B2B and B2C products, targeting financial institutions, MSMEs, and startups.
Design across multiple platforms. From social media graphics to website creatives, blogs, newsletters, event branding, and impactful brand campaigns—you’ll bring consistency and creativity to everything we do.
Think beyond static design. If you have skills in motion graphics, that’s a huge plus—we want to create engaging, dynamic content for social and digital platforms.
Collaborate with content and marketing teams. Your designs will bring our ideas to life, whether it's an Instagram carousel, a LinkedIn infographic, or a video storyboard.
Maintain brand consistency. Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all customer touchpoints, whether it’s digital or offline.
What You Bring:
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field—preferably from top institutions like NID, NIFT, or a reputed design school.
3+ years of experience in visual design, brand identity, and marketing campaigns. If you’ve worked on a full brand overhaul or identity development project, that’s a big plus.
A strong portfolio showcasing work in digital and graphic design, including social media, web, and branding.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
An exceptional sense of typography, imagery, colour, and layout.
A creative problem-solving mindset. You understand that design is not just about making things look good—it’s about solving problems and enhancing user experiences. Strong communication and collaboration skills—you can articulate your design choices and work closely with different teams
