Care Associate (Non-Clinical)
We are seeking compassionate and personable individuals to serve as Weekly Field Visit Executives, responsible for maintaining regular in-person contact with clients and ensuring their overall wellbeing and satisfaction with our services.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine interest in working with elderly individuals and their families.
- Willingness to travel and conduct scheduled home visits.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be comfortable traveling independently.
- Ability to build trust, maintainu relationships, and provide emotional support through regular interactions.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service, community outreach, social work, client relations, hospitality, healthcare support, or similar fields will be an advantage.
- Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct scheduled weekly home visits to clients.
- Flexible to work at any time.
- Build and maintain a strong personal connection with clients and their family members.
- Assess clients' general wellbeing, comfort, and satisfaction with services from a non-clinical perspective.
- Identify and report any concerns, changes, or support requirements to the appropriate team members.
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and a friendly point of contact for clients.
- Ensure that clients feel supported, valued, and connected to the organization.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, observations, and feedback.
- Coordinate with nurses, care coordinators, and management teams when additional support is required.
The ideal candidate should be empathetic, dependable, and relationship-oriented, with a passion for improving the quality of life of elderly clients through regular personal engagement and proactive support.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,559.11 per month
