Position: Sales Coordinator
Reporting : Sales & Customer Care Team
Role Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in handling enquiries, maintaining CRM updates, coordinating with customers, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order follow-up from enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and coordinate sales enquiries from website, WhatsApp, phone, and marketing leads.
Update and maintain CRM regularly.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Follow up with customers for approvals and order closure.
Coordinate internally with warehouse, customer care, and operations teams.
Track order status and update customers.
Maintain daily sales reports and pipeline updates.
Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Ensure timely response and professional communication with customers.
Requirements
Good communication skills (English preferred)
Basic Excel and CRM knowledge
Organized and follow-up oriented
Ability to handle multiple enquiries
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience
1–3 years in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Inside Sales preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
