Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Compound Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and security of the company premises. The ideal candidate will ensure that the compound is well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed while coordinating with housekeeping, security, maintenance staff, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall maintenance and upkeep of the company compound.
- Monitor housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor areas.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain safety and proper access control.
- Inspect the premises regularly and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with vendors and contractors.
- Ensure proper functioning of electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other facility services by coordinating with the maintenance team.
- Monitor landscaping, gardening, and waste management activities.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, vendor visits, and inventory of facility supplies.
- Supervise support staff and allocate daily tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate corrective actions.
- Support management during company events by overseeing venue setup and logistics within the compound.

- Qualifications
Minimum HSC/Graduate (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in facility management, building maintenance, or compound supervision.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance, and housekeeping operations.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and service providers.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
