Job Summary:
The Tele Executive is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls, generating leads, counseling prospective students or customers, providing information about products and services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion abilities, and customer-focused service.
Key Responsibilities:Telecalling & Lead Management
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, students, and clients.
- Receive inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments, counseling sessions, and meetings.
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve basic complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Sales & Admissions Support
- Promote educational programs, courses, products, or services.
- Explain features, benefits, fees, and enrollment procedures.
- Convert inquiries into admissions or sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update customer information in CRM software and databases.
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Coordination
- Coordinate with admissions, marketing, and operations teams.
- Assist in admission campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding admission formalities.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, admissions, or sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, training centers, BPO, telesales, or customer support.
- Knowledge of CRM software and lead management systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Admissions/Sales achieved.
- Follow-up completion rate.
- Customer satisfaction score.
- Revenue generated from converted leads.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
