What is the job description?
1. Handle incoming enquiries (80%)
Most will come over WhatsApp or phone calls, thanks to our digital marketing efforts.
You have to ask the right questions, make them feel appreciated and then transfer it to the sales team at each store.
And yes, you have to maintain reports also.
2. Call Interior Designers & Architects (20%)
You have to make outbound calls to create awareness and welcome them to the stores with their customers. You will be provided with the database.
Pre-requisites
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in sales
- Based out of Mumbai
- English proficiency should be very high
- Experience in home decor, lifestyle
Before you apply, this is not a work from home position. However, you can get some timing flexibility.
You have to work physically out of Kanjur Marg, Mumbai.
There are no targets but you can earn incentives once we agree upon the aims and objectives.
