- Understanding the specific needs and challenges of each client and tailoring the demo to showcase how the Edutech ERP can address their requirements.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and customize demo strategies and materials that align with the company's sales objectives.
- Providing technical support and guidance to clients during the demo process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about the product's features, implementation, and integration.
- Gathering feedback from clients and prospects to continuously improve the demo process and enhance the overall user experience.
- Staying updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position the Edutech ERP as a leading solution in the market.
- Collaborating with the product development team to communicate client needs and contribute to the enhancement of the Edutech ERP product.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering software product demonstrations, preferably within the education technology sector.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and their application in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their concerns and questions during the demo process.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in educational technology and ERP systems.
