Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executives to expand our customer base and generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential customers.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals within company guidelines.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify new markets and business segments for expansion.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and customers.
- Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM/ERP systems with relevant customer information.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Flexible for extensive travelling for lead generation
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is preferred.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
Immediate joiners and candidates with proven sales experience will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
