About Switch Abroad:
Switch Abroad helps students secure admissions to universities across Europe. We specialize in guiding students through university selection, application processing, documentation, admissions, visas, and relocation preparation. We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and research-driven professional who can support students throughout their study abroad journey, particularly for European destinations such as Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Ireland, Malta, Hungary, Poland, and other European countries.
What You'll Do
Admissions & Application Processing
- Research university admission requirements across Europe.
- Understand eligibility criteria, application procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and submit university applications accurately.
- Track applications and follow up with universities when required.
- Maintain student records and application status updates.
Resume, SOP & Cover Letter Development
- Rewrite and optimize student resumes/CVs.
- Draft and refine Statements of Purpose (SOPs), Motivation Letters, and Cover Letters.
- Build compelling student profiles and application narratives.
- Review and improve documents for clarity, structure, and impact.
Research & Documentation
- Research university policies, admission processes, and country-specific requirements.
- Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, and higher education updates across Europe.
- Verify information using official university and government sources.
Visa Documentation Support
- Assist students in preparing visa documentation.
- Review financial, academic, and supporting documents for completeness.
- Guide students through document collection and organization.
Student Communication
- Handle student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely updates regarding admissions, documentation, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with students to ensure smooth completion of applications and deadlines.
AI-Assisted Workflows
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve research and productivity.
- Critically evaluate AI-generated content rather than relying on copy-paste outputs.
- Improve narratives, documentation quality, and operational efficiency using AI tools.
