Job Summary
We are hiring a Field Recruitment Executive who will be responsible for manpower hiring of Helpers and Supervisors through field visits, local area recruitment, labour sourcing, and joining coordination for company operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for manpower hiring in Jaipur and outstation locations.
- Hire Helpers, Supervisors, and support staff as per company requirements.
- Source candidates through labour areas, references, contractors, and local contacts.
- Conduct basic interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Complete joining documentation and onboarding process.
- Support urgent and bulk hiring requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in field recruitment/manpower handling preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling within Jaipur and outstation areas.
- Basic mobile and WhatsApp reporting knowledge required.
- Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving licenses
Salary : As per experience + Travel Allowance (if applicable)
