Job Title: Purchase Head – HVAC

Job Summary
The Purchase Head will lead procurement activities for HVAC projects and AMC operations, ensuring timely sourcing of materials, cost optimization, vendor management, and compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement of HVAC equipment, materials, and services.
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, OEMs, and suppliers.
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
* Ensure timely material availability for projects and maintenance contracts.
* Monitor procurement budgets and achieve cost savings.
* Coordinate with project, estimation, and finance teams.
* Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
* 7-10 years of procurement experience in the HVAC/MEP industry.
* Strong knowledge of HVAC products and supply chain management.
* Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and leadership skills.
* Proficiency in ERP/SAP systems.
