About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our growing product team. In this role, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Customer Success, and Sales teams to build and scale cutting-edge AI products used by healthcare professionals worldwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is excited about AI, product development, healthcare technology, and solving complex workflow challenges.
What You'll DoProduct Development – Ambient Scribe
- Own and contribute to end-to-end product features across the Ambient Scribe platform
- Help improve workflows from audio capture to transcript generation and structured clinical notes
- Define and refine clinical documentation formats such as SOAP, CHAP, and custom templates
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve accuracy, latency, reliability, and user experience
Prompt Engineering & AI Optimization
- Design, test, and optimize prompts for LLM-powered note generation, coding, summarization, and workflow automation
- Evaluate AI outputs and improve quality, consistency, and clinical relevance
- Identify and reduce hallucinations and edge-case failures
- Partner with AI/ML teams on model evaluation and experimentation
Voice AI & Conversational Workflows
- Help design voice-based workflows including dictation, transcription, and AI agents
- Define conversation flows, user journeys, and exception handling scenarios
- Improve performance in challenging conditions such as poor audio quality and interrupted conversations
Product Roadmap & Execution
- Support product roadmap planning and prioritization
- Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure successful feature delivery
Customer Feedback & Problem Discovery
- Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and product metrics
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to identify user pain points
- Convert insights into actionable product improvements
Integrations & Workflow Understanding
- Support integrations with EHR, EMR, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS)
- Understand healthcare workflows and clinical data movement
- Define integration requirements and assist with implementation planning
Product Adoption & Analytics
- Monitor product adoption and usage trends
- Track key metrics including accuracy, efficiency, and time savings
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and customer value
Requirements Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and execution mindset
Good to Have
- Exposure to AI, Generative AI, LLMs, or Prompt Engineering
- Experience with SaaS products or workflow automation platforms
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system workflows
Bonus Points
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience
- Experience working with voice technologies, speech-to-text, or transcription systems
- Hands-on experimentation mindset and comfort working with ambiguity
