Wishes and Blessings is looking for a proactive, organised and communication-oriented Programme Assistant to support the organisation’s research, programme coordination and outreach activities.
The role is suitable for someone who can conduct research, prepare programme documentation, communicate with stakeholders and support the effective implementation of social-development programmes.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and Documentation
- Conduct primary and secondary research on social-development issues, CSR priorities and potential partners.
- Prepare research notes, programme briefs, reports, presentations and concept notes.
- Collect, organise and verify programme and beneficiary data.
- Maintain programme records, databases, trackers and supporting documents.
- Assist in documenting programme outcomes, case studies and beneficiary stories.
- Support surveys, feedback collection and impact-assessment activities.
Outreach and Stakeholder Coordination
- Identify and research potential CSR partners, donors, institutions, colleges, volunteers and community organisations.
- Assist in drafting outreach emails, letters, proposals and presentations.
- Follow up with prospective partners and maintain an updated outreach database.
- Coordinate with programme centres, field teams, volunteers and external stakeholders.
- Support donor engagement, partnership meetings, campaigns and fundraising initiatives.
- Assist in organising programme activities, workshops, distributions and events.
Programme Support
- Support programme teams in planning, implementation and monitoring of activities.
- Follow up with centres for timely submission of reports, photographs, attendance records and data.
- Prepare meeting minutes and track action points.
- Assist with field visits, beneficiary verification and programme assessments.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support across programmes.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Development Studies, Mass Communication, Public Policy, Management or a related field.
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in an NGO, CSR foundation, research organisation, outreach or programme-support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English .
- Good research, documentation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Google Forms.
- Ability to communicate professionally with donors, partners and programme stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to undertake field visits when required.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle social media
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
