What You'll Do
- Design and facilitate engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences aligned with the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP).
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom where every learner feels valued.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and student agency.
- Assess learning through meaningful formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Build strong partnerships with parents to support each child's growth.
- Collaborate with passionate educators to design rich, transdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Integrate technology purposefully to enhance teaching and learning.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through events, projects, and professional learning.
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Education or a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in an IB PYP school is strongly preferred.
- Candidates from reputed international schools with inquiry-based teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
