Atomlife Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our team for the Ernakulam & Idukki regions. The role involves promoting and developing business for our surgical and pharmaceutical products by building strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to develop long-term professional relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and generate business for surgical and pharmaceutical products.
- Visit hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions to introduce company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, purchase departments, and healthcare professionals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct product presentations and provide product information to customers.
- Follow up with hospitals regarding product requirements, quotations, and orders.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate degree preferred (Any discipline).
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in pharma, surgical, medical device, or healthcare sales will be preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of hospitals and healthcare industry is an advantage.
