Anantham Projects develops premium residential, commercial, and township projects across North India. Our projects involve multiple external architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, interior designers, and landscape architects, requiring strong coordination to ensure that design intent is translated accurately into execution.
As our portfolio grows, we are looking for a Design Coordinator who will become the central link between consultants, the Founder, and execution teams—ensuring drawings are coordinated, decisions are documented, revisions are controlled, and construction always proceeds with accurate and current information.
Role Summary
The Design Coordinator will own the complete design coordination process across multiple live projects.
The role focuses on ensuring that consultant drawings are received on time, coordinated across disciplines, reviewed against approved decisions, appropriately revised where required, and released to site through a structured revision-control process.
The position works closely with the Founder, consultants, contractors, and site teams to maintain smooth project execution and minimize drawing-related delays or rework.

The Design Coordinator will support projects including:
· Pratibha Tower 2 – Commercial Development
· Anantham Township, Sector 88 Sonipat
· Mukteshwar Villa
· Mannat Farm
· Dwarka Expressway Commercial Project
The portfolio typically involves 20+ drawing submissions every month covering architecture, structure, MEP, interiors, landscape, infrastructure, and fabrication details.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design Coordination
· Attend all design coordination meetings with architects, consultants, and the Founder.
· Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting within 24 hours.
· Maintain project-wise decision logs and action trackers.
· Ensure agreed design decisions are reflected in subsequent drawing submissions.
2. Drawing Management
· Maintain a live drawing register for every project.
· Track drawing numbers, revisions, due dates, approval status, and issue history.
· Coordinate with consultants to obtain drawings as per project schedules.
· Ensure the latest approved revisions are available to project teams.
3. Drawing Review & Coordination
· Review architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape drawings before release.
· Verify compliance with approved design intent and meeting decisions.
· Coordinate across disciplines to identify conflicts, inconsistencies, and missing information.
· Maintain revision records and controlled drawing distribution.
4. In-House Drawing Updates
· Carry out minor drawing modifications in AutoCAD based on approved site requirements.
· Record and communicate all updates within the drawing management system.
· Coordinate revised drawings with consultants wherever required.
5. Site Coordination
· Visit project sites regularly with the Founder.
· Understand drawing requirements raised by site teams.
· Convert site observations into consultant action items.
· Support construction teams with drawing interpretation and clarification.
6. Commercial & Technical Support
· Review BOQs alongside drawings.
· Correlate drawings with quantities and specifications.
· Support procurement and billing teams with technical clarifications.
· Assist in resolving drawing-related execution queries.
· Responsibilities & Ownership
The Design Coordinator will:
· Own the complete drawing coordination process across all projects.
· Maintain accurate drawing registers and revision control systems.
· Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
· Release approved Good-for-Construction drawings in accordance with company processes.
· Ensure design documentation remains organized, current, and readily accessible.
· Support the Founder by driving timely follow-ups and ensuring design decisions are implemented.
Success in the Role
First 90 Days
· Drawing registers established and updated across all live projects.
· Timely circulation of meeting minutes and action trackers.
· Structured revision control implemented for all consultant drawings.
· Reliable coordination established between consultants and execution teams.
Long Term
· Improved consultant responsiveness and drawing turnaround times.
· Reduction in drawing-related site delays and rework.
· Efficient coordination across all design disciplines.
· Strong documentation, revision management, and project communication systems.
Candidate Profile
Essential
· B.Arch preferred; B.E./B.Tech (Civil) with relevant coordination experience may also be considered.
· 4–6 years' experience with a real estate developer, PMC, architectural, or multidisciplinary consultancy.
· Strong understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, interior, and landscape drawings.
· Experience coordinating consultants through design and execution stages.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
· Ability to interpret BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings.
· Strong documentation, organization, and follow-up skills.
· Fluent Hindi and functional written English.
· Willingness to travel to project sites across Delhi NCR, Sonipat, and Mukteshwar.
Preferred
· Experience across residential, township, and commercial developments.
· Familiarity with Revit or BIM workflows.
· Exposure to ERP or project management systems.
· Experience managing formal drawing registers and revision control processes.
