Job Responsibilities
- Teach Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Management subjects.
- Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical training sessions.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students in academics and career development.
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Assist in organizing workshops, industrial visits, seminars, and hospitality events.
- Support placement activities and maintain academic records.
- Perform other academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the institute.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM, B.Sc. Hospitality & Hotel Administration, or equivalent).
- Candidates with a Master's Degree in Hotel Management will be given preference.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Office, and Hotel Management Subjects.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, PowerPoint, Email).
Experience
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with teaching or hotel industry experience will have an added advantage.
