About Us:
Paal delivers raw, full-cream cow milk from our farm directly to homes across Coimbatore, every morning between 5:00 AM and 7:30 AM, 365 days a year. No pasteurization, no middlemen. Hundreds of families drink Paal daily. We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to join our office team in Coimbatore.
About the role
People enquire about Paal every day — through our app, website, WhatsApp, apartment campaigns and referrals. Most of them need one honest phone call before they subscribe. That call is this job. You will also be the person our existing customers reach when they call us.
Key responsibilities
- Call new enquiries the same day and explain our milk, pricing and subscription clearly
- Handle common objections and convert enquiries into paying subscribers
- Follow up consistently — most customers decide on the second or third call
- Answer inbound customer calls and WhatsApp queries: delivery issues, billing, bottle count, address or quantity changes, app support
- Escalate cancellations, refunds and quality complaints to the team
- Maintain accurate call records, follow-up lists and customer data in our CRM
- Report daily numbers — calls, conversions, pending follow-ups — in the daily sales meeting
Requirements
- Fluent in both Tamil and English. Most calls are in Tamil, but a significant share of our Coimbatore customers — IT professionals and families who have relocated here — prefer English. Both languages are essential.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, tele sales, inside sales, customer support or counselling. Freshers with a clear, confident phone voice are welcome — full product training provided.
- Currently living in Coimbatore and able to travel to our office daily
- Comfortable using a smartphone, WhatsApp, Google Sheets and learning a new CRM
- Patient, warm and honest on the phone
Preferred
- Experience selling a subscription or D2C service (dairy, food, edtech, insurance, fitness, healthcare)
- Additional languages — Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada or Hindi
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
