We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecalling Executive, your primary responsibility will be to contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, answer queries, and generate sales or leads.
Key requirements :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients using a prepared script.
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries .
- Explain products or services and prices, and respond to questions.
- Maintain customer databases and update contact information.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Follow up with leads/customers as necessary.
- Keep accurate records of discussions and sales.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
