Core Responsibilities
- Process Development: Formulate Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), and method statements to guide compliant operations.
- Inspections & Audits: Conduct routine site or factory audits, material tests, and daily inspections to evaluate workmanship and compliance.
- Defect Management: Identify and isolate non-conforming products or processes, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR), and oversee corrective actions.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous records, inspection checklists, test results, and compliance certificates for client and regulatory review.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and site engineers to resolve quality issues and enforce safety standards.
Typical Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Civil,) or Quality Management.
- Certifications: Certifications such as ISO 9000/9001 internal auditor, ASQ certifications, or industry-specific credentials.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, utilizing AutoCAD, operating testing tools, and data analysis.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
