We are looking for Technician / Service Advisor -Automobile.
- Greet customers and understand vehicle/equipment service concerns.
- Create job cards and accurately record customer complaints.
- Explain service recommendations, repairs, and costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair updates.
- Prepare estimates and obtain customer approvals.
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct vehicle/equipment handover and explain completed work.
- Follow up with customers regarding service satisfaction.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults.
- Inspect vehicles/equipment and identify required repairs.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
- Complete assigned jobs within standard repair times.
- Test and verify repairs before delivery.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards.
- Update repair status and job completion records.
- Ensure proper use and care of tools and equipment.
- ITI /Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in service advisory or customer service roles.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
