Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday- Saturday
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience & performance)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Executive (Accountant) to join our finance team in Navi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using Tally
- Handle GST compliance including return filing, reconciliation, and documentation
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and timely filing of returns
- Assist in preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Generate and manage invoices, receipts, and billing processes
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PTRC and other applicable taxes
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Coordinate with auditors and support during audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and PTRC compliance
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel
- Good understanding of invoicing and financial documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and strong accounting fundamentals can also apply
