The Executive – Client Management (Cybersecurity Insurance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients seeking cybersecurity insurance solutions, including prospecting, presenting coverage options, and supporting policy placement. The role involves understanding client risk profiles, coordinating with insurers to structure appropriate cyber coverage, and ensuring timely renewals and endorsements.
Daily activities include responding to client queries, preparing documentation, maintaining accurate records in internal systems, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. The executive is expected to monitor market developments in cyber risk and insurance, provide consultative guidance to clients, and contribute to sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications : Strong client-facing skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Account Management abilities. Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. Proven experience in Sales and Consulting, preferably in insurance, financial services, or related domains. Understanding of cybersecurity risks and willingness to learn cyber insurance products and market trends. Ability to work with data and documentation, with attention to detail and accuracy in policy and client records.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science / Cyber security is an added advantage. Comfort working in an on-site environment, with strong teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
