Role Summary:
We are seeking an energetic, confident Spoken English Trainer to deliver one-on-one and group training sessions, conduct telecalling for course enrolments and follow-ups, and present workshops at client sites.
The ideal candidate will have excellent spoken and written English, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel for off-site classes and events.
Freshers with good communication aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver spoken English classes (group and individual) using interactive techniques and curriculum materials.
Plan and prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments tailored to learners’ levels.
Conduct telecalling for lead follow-ups, course enrolment, scheduling, and student feedback.
Run presentations, workshops, and demo sessions at educational institutions or partner institutes.
Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain learner records.
Maintain punctuality and professional conduct during on-site visits; travel to different branches or client locations as required.
Coordinate with operations and marketing teams for student outreach and event planning.
Help create simple written course content, emails, reports, and progress notes in clear, correct English.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Any graduate or equivalent; freshers with strong English speaking skills are welcome.
Excellent spoken and written English, clear pronunciation, and confidence in public speaking.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling telecalling responsibilities professionally.
Willingness to travel for training sessions, workshops, and colleges/schools/corporates.
Good organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work independently.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, Google Workspace; comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and sharing digital materials.
Preferred (but not mandatory):
Diploma or certificate in English language teaching (TESOL/TEFL/IELTS coaching), communication skills, or related fields.
Prior experience in teaching, customer service, telecalling, or training.
Familiarity with assessment tools and simple lesson plan design.
