About the job
Qualification (must have / desired): An Engineering degree preferably in Mechatronics, E&I, EEE, E&C or similar field.
Experience (years) :3-5 years with site experience for data validation
LabVIEW (CLAD/CLD/CLA) Certificate is mandatory
Purpose of the role
· The main objective is to ensure that systems and processes operate safely and efficiently
· Designing & Developing equipments which are used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and process parameters, ensuring optimal performance
· Responsible for developing programmes for measurement, control & automation of processes and data acquisition for analytics and their integration with the devices
Create a network that fits with established architectural standards for the business, establishing and ensuring communication protocols with external devices of a larger system
Key responsibility areas(KRAs)
· Responsible for quality and timely execution of Projects, by coordinating and working closely with concerned Internal & External stakeholders
· Prepare specifications and test requirements documents
· Create, design and plan new instrumentation devices and enhance or redesign older devices by drawing, creating prototypes, Developing test Software.
· Planning E&l control panel costs and Preparing of E&I BOM based on scope of work
· Co-ordinating with PUR & Stores for clarifying technical doubts, identifying and finalizing vendors as well direct delivery to client site
· Coordinate with Testing & Services team as well as customer from design to completion of execution
· Integrating Hardware and Software for installation of electrical equipment, controls, components and systems to monitor and control Power plant engineering systems, machinery and processes.
· Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximise network efficiency and security
· Analyse current equipments and make them compatible with the electronic devices
· Familiarity with the working of Analyzers, Control valves, pressure-relieving devices.
· Check functionality of Axis coordinators, scanners, transmitters, receiver signal strengths and provide auto testing equipment.
Help control efficiency, maximize performance, and control processes while operating in demanding environments through designing embedded systems
· Managing software related troubleshooting throughout the Execution of the project
· Monitoring and Reporting Progress on a weekly basis to Project Leader
· Regular visit to Project sites and validating the physical progress vs reported
· Providing all detailed inputs from BOM to completion of Execution of Project to Manager Technical Repository as per templates for recording all details for future reference
· Any other tasks assigned by reporting authority to be handled as per the necessity of projects/products.
Job Requirements
· Good Oral and Written communication in English
· Willing to travel to project sites PAN India
· Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously till handover and sign-off
Meeting the committed deadlines of projects within limitations, constraints and budgeted cost.
Technical Skills on the job
MATLAB (Software for Numerical Computing), LabVIEW , Mongo DB and SQL Data storage,
· PLC, DAQ, DCS, SCADA systems, JO entries in ERP, MS Office, MS Teams.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
