Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The Architect will focus on designing and overseeing architectural projects, from conceptualization to execution. Day-to-day tasks include creating and reviewing architectural designs, collaborating with project teams, ensuring adherence to design specifications, managing project timelines, and integrating innovative solutions. The Architect will also work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects align with client and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Architectural Design and Architecture concepts
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and timeline management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Working knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Previous experience in delivering large-scale, successful projects is a plus
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
