This role is for someone with real Odoo experience, Odoo product knowledge and strong sales ability.
We are looking for someone who understands the Odoo platform, knows how to sell ERP solutions, and can confidently manage the full sales process from prospecting through to discovery, demonstration, proposal support and closing.
You should be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, understanding business pain points, and explaining how Odoo can solve real operational problems.
This is a commercial sales role. You may have functional knowledge of Odoo, but your main strength must be winning business, building pipeline, running sales conversations and converting opportunities into customers.
What you will be doing
You will be responsible for generating and progressing Odoo sales opportunities from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting for new business through phone, email, LinkedIn and other outbound channels
- Following up with inbound Odoo leads and existing prospects
- Running discovery calls with business owners, finance teams, operations managers and senior decision-makers
- Understanding client requirements across sales, CRM, accounting, inventory, manufacturing, projects, helpdesk, website, eCommerce and other Odoo apps
- Explaining the value of Odoo clearly and commercially
- Demonstrating Odoo at a high level to show how the platform can support the client’s business
- Qualifying opportunities and identifying strong-fit prospects
- Managing prospects through the sales pipeline from first conversation to proposal and close
- Working with our Managing Director and delivery team to shape solutions, proposals and estimates
- Keeping accurate CRM records, follow-up notes and pipeline updates
- Consistently driving activity, follow-up and new opportunities
What we are looking for
We are specifically looking for someone with Odoo experience and Odoo expertise.
You must have:
- Direct experience with Odoo
- Strong knowledge of the Odoo platform and Odoo apps
- Odoo certification or clear formal Odoo training
- Experience selling Odoo, ERP, CRM or business software
- Strong business development and sales experience
- Confidence cold calling and speaking to new prospects
- Ability to run discovery calls and qualify opportunities properly
- Ability to demonstrate Odoo and explain the platform in business terms
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience managing a sales pipeline in a CRM
- A proactive, target-driven approach to winning new business
Strong preference for candidates with
- Experience working for an Odoo partner
- Experience selling Odoo implementation, customisation, migration, training or support services
- Experience selling into the UK, Ireland, Europe, US or international markets
- Knowledge of Odoo Enterprise, Odoo Online and Odoo.sh
- Understanding of ERP implementation projects and how they are scoped
- Experience selling to SMEs and mid-market businesses
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, cold email or outbound calling
- A track record of closing ERP, SaaS, CRM or business software deals
The right person
The right person for this role will be commercially sharp, confident on the phone and comfortable leading sales conversations.
You should be able to speak to a business owner and understand where they are struggling, whether that is with spreadsheets, disconnected systems, stock control, finance processes, sales visibility, reporting, project tracking or operational inefficiency.
You should be able to explain Odoo clearly, guide prospects through the buying process, build trust, and know when to involve technical or functional colleagues.
We want someone who can take ownership, create opportunities, follow up properly, and help Cloudsaber grow.

- How Odoo compares with systems like NetSuite, SAP Business One, Zoho, Xero, QuickBooks or bespoke software

- How Odoo implementation projects are usually delivered
- Why working with an Odoo partner matters
- How to qualify whether a client is a good fit for Odoo
Compensation
We are open to the right package depending on experience.
The role can include:
- Monthly base salary
