Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects. This role involves managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent project organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities:
● Lead end-to-end execution of interior design projects.
● Manage plan for contractors, vendors, suppliers, consultants, and site teams.
● Coordinate site inspections, measurements, and coordinate with clients and designers.
● Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines.
● Track Planned vs. Actual project status and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
● Coordinate execution of Civil, Carpentry, Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, False Ceiling, Flooring, Finishing, and allied works.
● Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
● Deliver successful project handovers with excellent finishing.
● Manage post-handover client support as per project terms.
● Lead, mentor, and manage project teams.
● Drive continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications/Skills:
● Postgraduate qualification from NICMAR University in Project Management, Advanced Project Management, Project Engineering & Management, Advanced Construction Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is mandatory/preferred.
● 1-2 years of relevant experience, PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certifications will be an added advantage.
● Strong understanding of interior execution, construction methods, materials, BOQs, and project planning.
● Experience in handling multiple residential and commercial interior projects simultaneously.
● Excellent communication, client handling, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Salary range: Rs. 40,000/- to 50,000/- per month (Negotiable based on experience, interview performance, and portfolio)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
