Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in apparel or fashion retail, with proven expertise in team leadership, operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall store performance to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Deliver a superior customer experience aligned with brand standards
- Lead, coach, and develop store staff to enhance productivity and engagement
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, ATV, UPT, and footfall
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and maintain store aesthetics
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control effectively
- Handle customer escalations and ensure prompt resolution
- Prepare and review sales reports, and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and audit requirements
Key Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in store management within apparel/fashion retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of retail operations, KPIs, and customer service standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion or kidswear brands
- Knowledge of POS systems and retail software
- Strong visual merchandising and inventory management skills
