About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing staffing and recruitment organization. This is a 360-degree recruitment role combining Business Development, Account Management, and Recruitment Delivery responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of talent solutions. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, web searches, and industry databases.
- Qualification: Qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for our services.
- Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send targeted emails, and leverage social media to connect with decision-makers.
- Appointment Setting: Set up the meetings between qualified leads and the senior sales team or management.
- Onboarding Support: Provide the support for onboarding the new clients with documents and other related paperwork.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, lead statuses, and contact information.
- Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for new clients.
Account Management
- Relationship: Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Primary POC: Act as Primary Point Of Contact for assigned accounts.
- Cross-selling & Up-selling: Understand Client’s hiring plans, workforce requirements, and Identify opportunities for Account Growth.
- Review Meetings: Conduct regular business reviews and client satisfaction meetings.
- Management: For high volume requirements, manage a team of recruiters to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
- Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for existing clients.
Recruitment
- Sourcing: Source candidates for open roles using job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screening & Evaluation: Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with Client to schedule technical and HR interviews.
- Onboarding Support: Provide the support from onboarding to the replacement period.
- Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals for new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or recruitment, preferably in a hybrid or staffing role.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders.
- Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, LinkedIn RPS, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), Job Boards, and ATS platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT or a related field.
- Attributes: Target-driven, proactive, and capable of multitasking effectively.
