About the Role:
We are looking for a young, energetic, and sales-driven Sales Executive to join our premium boutique resort and restaurant at Kumbalangi. The ideal candidate is compassionate, customer-focused, and skilled at converting leads into confirmed bookings.
This role is central to driving revenue across two key business verticals and building lasting corporate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
● Follow up on and close leads generated for the sales team promptly and professionally
● Identify, approach, and close Day Package sales for corporate offices (day outings, meetings, team events)
● Identify, approach, and close Whole Property Buyout packages for corporate clients (exclusive full-resort bookings for events, offsites, retreats)
● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive repeat business
● Deliver excellent customer relations — from first inquiry through post-event follow-up
● Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals
● Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
● Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of booked packages Ideal Candidate Profile

Compensation Experience Level Monthly Salary One to Two year Experience Starting ₹30,000 More than two years of experience with a proven track record of meeting targets ₹35,000 Compensation may include incentives on target achievement — to be finalized by management.
