Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in recruitment / field operations
- Two-wheeler & driving license (mandatory)
- Good communication skills
- Experience in manpower supply / security / housekeeping
- Ability to hire bulk candidates quickly
Recruitment:
- Field recruitment of candidates (helpers, guards, housekeeping staff, etc.)
- Conduct local hiring drives
Training:
- Provide basic job training to newly hired staff
- Explain duties, discipline, and site requirements
- Ensure proper uniform, behavior, and work standards
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
