This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maths Teacher with Cambridge syllabus experience, based in Kolhapur. The Maths Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons in alignment with the Cambridge curriculum, developing curriculum materials, and assessing student progress. In this role, the teacher will also monitor student academic performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methodologies to meet individual learning needs. The teacher will collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies, actively participate in school activities, and uphold the values of the institution.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mathematics, with the ability to simplify concepts and foster mathematical understanding
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to the Cambridge syllabus
- Possession of a relevant degree in Mathematics Education and a Qualified Teacher status or equivalent certification
- Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment while supporting diverse learners
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills
- Previous experience teaching Cambridge curriculum is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or Education is preferred
