About Role: We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our sales and growth initiatives. You will identify, qualify, and engage with potential leads while building strong client relationships. The role involves managing the lead lifecycle from initial outreach to conversion support.
You will work with CRM platforms to track interactions and maintain accurate lead data. This opportunity is ideal for developing real-world communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
Location: On-site – Janakpuri
Duration: 3 Months
Working Days: 5.5 Days
Timings: 10 AM to 7 AM
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads (filter relevant vs. non-relevant/junk leads)
- Handle and manage incoming and outbound leads effectively
- Communicate with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Support in building and maintaining client relationships
- Update and manage lead data using CRM platforms.
- Assist in negotiation and closing discussions with prospects
Requirements :
- Pursuing or completed graduation (any stream)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of business development and sales processes
- Knowledge of Zoho CRM or any CRM technology/platform
- Ability to analyse and qualify leads efficiently
