- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and set appointments for sales or follow-ups
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records
- Explain products/services clearly and handle objections effectively
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Provide accurate information about pricing, offers, and company policies
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the sales or support team when required
- Maintain good customer relationships and build trust
