Enterprise Sales Manager – Influencer Marketing Platform

Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive adoption of our influencer marketing platform among corporates, agencies, brands, and public sector organizations. The ideal candidate should have experience selling SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or digital marketing solutions to enterprise clients and should be comfortable managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new enterprise clients.
* Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Digital Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Corporate Communications teams, and agency decision-makers.
* Conduct product demonstrations and platform presentations.
* Understand client requirements and position the platform as the right solution.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and industry events.
* Prepare proposals, commercial agreements, and negotiate contracts.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
* Work closely with the product, customer success, and influencer strategy teams.
* Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
* Gather market intelligence and competitor insights.
Required Experience
* 5–10 years in enterprise/B2B sales.
* Experience selling SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Digital Marketing, Media, or Technology solutions.
* Strong corporate network.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Preferred
* Experience selling influencer marketing platforms or creator economy solutions.
* Existing relationships with leading brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers.
* Understanding of influencer marketing, digital advertising, and social media analytics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
