Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash flow.
- Process vendor payments and customer collections in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances within the prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor expenses and recommend cost-control measures.
- Prepare salary sheet and related accounting entries and payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights for decision-making.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com, MBA (Finance), or CA Inter will be an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Finance and Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and accounting standards.
- Experience with Tally Prime, Zoho Books, Busy, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
